Ordered via app the same sandwich I always get. Hubs picked up and brought home. What I received was a pickle infested slimy sauce nasty monstrosity. Called and Hayley the current manager said I had to bring it in to prove it wasn't what I ordered. I live 25 miles away. I am not driving back for that mess. Told her if I drove back in, I expect full order refunded and she said no. She explained because they had been scammed in the past she couldn't authorize a refund without seeing it. She advised I called Brayden the actual manager in the morning. Not for a six dollar sandwich am I driving back and then home again. Your employees need quality control in place and the ability to correct their mistakes. Do better.

Never go here. For some reason they can't get orders right. When you order a chicken bacon ranch sandwich what do they forget...the bacon! REALLY! Each time I order something it's always wrong! I'm not a complainer but come on really is it hard to read an order? Paying attention to details is important. Overall a bad experience with this location

Look when someone orders a $10 sandwich it should be worth $10. I ordered the sweet onion chicken teriyaki footlong and there was almost no meat. I tried calling them and all I got was a busy tone. I ordered about 30min Before they close. So you would think that they would want to get rid of their meat before closing,. Its like they don't even care to satisfy their customers at all!

HEALTH DEPARTMENT PLEASE HELP!! YOU NEED TO CHECK THIS OUT!! I ORDERED TWO SALAD'S MADE THE SAME WAY SO ONE DID NOT HAVE LETTUCE BARELY ANYTHING IN EITHER ONE AND THE EMPLOYEE WAS MAKING IT WHERE THE CASH REGISTER SAT ON THE MEDAL COUNTER TOP !! CLEARLY ISSUES WITH THAT!! WITNESSED THE EMPLOYEE MAKING A SANDWICH AND PICKED UP MEAT HE DROPPED ON THE FLOOR AND PLACED IT ON A SANDWICH ! CHANCE'S ARE THIS IS NOT HIS SANDWICH!!

Ordered 3 sandwiches all which were wrong. The receipt literally had our order on it and they still made our sandwiches wrong but when asked if I could have them remade the kid I talked to(Micheal) threw a fit and then I just asked for a refund after that and he wouldnt give me my money back... no manager to talk with as well..

Came in for a doordash. The order wasn’t started with 5 employees currently in the store. They didn’t even start the order until I got up in line to notify them I have a pickup. All 5 employees. We’re working on helping the current customers in line. I understand getting the line down but a order already called ahead and not prepared and done before another 3set of customers coming in after I have arrived we’re done is not acceptable.. it took 15mins to get it done.
