Pizza Maniac

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I have never had a worse experience ordering from a restaurant. I tried to call in and place an order, but nobody picked up the phone. So I went online instead, found out the combo I wanted costs a dollar more online than in the flyer & there is another 1 dollar surcharge with no explanation for online ordering. After 40 minutes of waiting for my food, I called the restaurant and was told the driver was just now grabbing it. 15 minutes later I got my barely warm wings and garlic bread & a pizza with NO PIZZA SAUCE. How do you even forget that part? If you ever want to buy pizza from around this area, go to twice the deal or order Dominos and use their half off code (STOGA works 24/7 for half off). Even if they are further away, you will probably get your food faster, warmer and your pizza will have sauce on it too.

Here today, gone tomorrow. Got the flyer and thought the pictures looked great and the prices were very low BUT my $29 meal became $41 by the time I tipped the driver and payed the stupid surcharge for using debit to pay. Well the garlic bread was cold and stuck to itself, the wings were greasy and not only was the pizza not good at all but they screwed up one of the 2 pizzas and instead of Canadian they sent pep and sausage. I called them and they offered me a free topping and a dollar off my next order. Well there definitely will never be another order from us. They will not be around long. Unfortunately I can not give them zero stars. Horrible!

This pizza was delivered in decent time but not at temperatures needed to enjoyable to eat. It has promise but needs far more to begin with. sauce especially when asked for extra on it Deals offered are not really a deal if it does not satisfy. I don't and I am not stating don't buy this but just on first trying I would not give it a great rating. When considering convenience of buying supper at a inexpensive rate this is not the way to go. If they would up the amounts of ingredients, then deliver as said in advertising for free without bargaining because of zoning they would or could show a caliber worth repeat business. Dollar for dollar a deal of 2 xl for a low price is not worth it if you are not satisfied. To have and gain repeat business I would think your first attempt should be to please new customers so it would show you intend to actually meet the highest of standards regardless of price. With the numbers of choice to customers a person could be having a different pizza place each time. Personally when I am trying a new shop its because of a deal or not satisfied with previous. This time was just a deal . Potential of quality is there.

Don't. Just don't. On every possible level, no. The worst customer service I've ever had. Not just on one occasion, but I've given them multiple opportunities to make up for it, and they have failed every time. Tonight was the last straw. The pizza itself is, at best, a 4/10. Sauce isn't all that great, toppings are not fresh, cheese is kind of gross, and the dough is too tough (I can only assume the dough isn't fresh either). Again, I've order from here on more than one occasion, and it's the same garbage every time. Now, the customer service... I've been hung up on several times while ordering for no reason. Ordered items have been forgotten and/or missed every. Single. Time. Drivers take minimum 1hr, on a few occasions, over 2hrs to deliver with no explanation. **I have never taken the time to stop, and write a review, or even rate something. But I am for this place** Do yourself the favour, and order from any of the other countless pizza places in town.

Here's the deal. We order there every so often because it is the closest pizza place to us but they literally have NEVER gotten an order correct and even if you call ahead for pick up....you will be waiting while the pizza cooks - but at least it's fresh. They always apologize and offer to fix it (but who wants to wait all over again) so we usually get a free dip or something. The pizza is alright and fairly priced.

We got this pizza for the first time delivery. The cost was 23.72 and my bank statement showed 30.22. I called was told the delivery guy did not add a tip that the machine did. BTW the debit would not work and he tried a number of times that is the only reason we did not tip. Also the pizza is the worst I have ever had..no sauce skimpy toppings. Apparently I am supposed to call the owner tomorrow. Do not order from this place.
