If I could give a 0 for a score I would. We've been a customer for many years and never been treated so bad. A new staff member on Highland Rd. Has a terrible disrespectful attitude. There is a language barrier however the issue is my husband is 65 with double hearing aids and she is very rude. He understood she said it was in half an hour but we were already on the road so my husband said lets just go over and park there and I'll go in and pay ahead and sit in the car. She rudely assumed he was coming to get the pizza and raised her voice to him and said "I SAID 30 MINUTES"!!! We do not put up with that disrespectful attitude. he went in the car had not paid yet, called them and told the guy that answered, who heard everything and apologized and gave excuses that she was new. The point is she didn't even know him and treated him twice now, terribly. My husband told them forget it I'm not taking it now and never coming back.

Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Was told my order would be here in 35-40 minutes and it took an hour and a half. I called to check on the order and they had the wrong address somehow. The man I spoke with on the phone said I would get a discount for the inconvenience and the delivery driver proceeded to not discount me and give me someone else’s pizza? Probably another mistake. Very disappointing considering I order from this company quite often. The problem was not resolved and the man on the phone was quite rude. Will not be ordering again.

AMAZING pizza, at a WONDERFUL price. Just go here! Google has asked me to update this review, so I will. Their pizza has gotten even better over the last little bit. Every time I call in, it's a wonder of excitement. I cant wait to get to the restaurant, knowing what's in store. Their crust is crusty, cheese is cheesy, and the pepperoni is plentiful. If you haven't already decided on pizza tonight, you have know. I know I have!

I just called this restaurant not even a minute ago, tried to call an order for delivery. I was asked for my address, I gave them my adress, and the guy on the other end must not of heard me right because he repeated the wrong address to me, I tried to give him the right address but he apparently wasn't listening because he was unresponsive, got a call, and them hung up on me. You guys are open till 330 am, and you're not that far down the street from me. I'm paying for a service here. I wasn't rude or Impolite. But now I will be. I know where your store location is, it's not far from me. There's gonna be problems, and guarantee your business will get nothing but awful reviews from me, and I will be directing people to other pizza joints that are not twice the deal. Dominoes beats you guys in service. Even the guy that was shoving cheese up his nose, I think it was a papa John's employee, if you don't want to work, then quit, people like you don't deserve a job, don't deserve to handle a phone. You're a disgrace and your customers deserve better service elsewhere. I could be a better customer service agent under the influence of PCP, Crack, And heroine, this location made me sick, and made me realize why restaurants and people fail in life. Whoever is working there now till close, is a scumbag and should be fired.

Absolutely terrible service. I live 5 minutes down the road. Waited an hour for my pizza, it didn’t come. I called, I was told 5 minutes. 10 minutes went by, still no pizza. I called again, I was put on hold and told the driver was coming. The driver called and delivered my pizza 5 minutes later. So an hour and 20 minutes at this point. She arrived with items missing. I called the store and asked for some of the money back to either be refunded to the card or in cash. I was told the driver was being sent with my items and refund in cash. It then took 20 minutes for the missing items to arrive. The driver wanted my pizzas back and she would give me half the money back, and I’d be left with no pizzas. I called the store and they refused to give a refund. Absolutely terrible service. The workers are rude and need some training in customer service
