Went to grab a drink with my toddler while I waited for a prescription to be filled at the nearby Shoppers. Got my kiddo a cake-pop, and the barista was kind enough to give a complimentary juice/water in a cup.

Incredibly positive experience. The service is always exceptional - the employees are friendly and attentive, always willing to go the extra mile to make sure order was just right. Roger is fantastic. Not only did he go above and beyond to ensure that my drink was perfect, but he also made me feel welcome and appreciated as a customer. Overall, I highly recommend this Starbucks location for anyone looking for a great cup of coffee and an exceptional customer experience.

i just went to this starbucks like 20 mins ago (12pm may 29) and this lovely younger guy made my strawberry açai lemonade with fruit in it by accident when i asked for it without. he made me a brand new one but let me take home both!!! it made my whole day and he deserves all the best things in life to happen to him.

Nice, friendly staff at this location. Brewed coffee is always my favorite, but the other drinks are also nice. Not really my cup of tea for food options except an awesome banana loaf. I wish they would have a drive thru option here. Staff are the best part of the experience.

Is it more expensive than Tim Hortons? Yes, almost 3x the price. But Tim Hortons has gotten so bad that almost half the time I'm pouring a lame tasting, unfinished coffee down the drain. Mcdonalds has great coffee but can also be hit or miss and have long waits.
I've ordered from this location 50+ times and it's always consistently great and tasty. I've had 1 small mishap in all those visits; they gave me the wrong latte but it was STILL DELICIOUS.

After such a disappointing experience at the Starbucks in Zehrs in Stratford (yes, I wrote a review), I found this Starbucks.
These guys were efficient and cheerful.
They took my order, and made my drink.
There was no fussing, nothing.
They were pleasant.
Thank you guys for ending my Stratford day on such a high note.

Loved the staff - polite, eager to help and ensure they have your order down clearly. I loved that this Starbucks wasn't utterly congested. The moment we entered there, there was a tornado warning, and everyone was asked to go indoors. It was also only our second visit to Kitchener where we would be moving soon. Some places leave a fond impression of a place, and this particular Starbucks summed up what we felt about Kitchener in that moment in time - not congested, polite and clean and a wonderful place to be.
