Checkers

Update on hours.. I was standing at 8:25pm thinking is gonna close at 11pm like the hour posted. I see the employee rushing to the front without acknowledging us. Another customers comes in and stand in line. So the employee start closing without even looking at us "Is close". The other customer ask 3 times before receiving a answer " at what timer u guys close today ??" He just said at 8pm... so At what time this place close??? Ohh and No Ice...

These people are slow and ghetto. Waited on line to order behind other people for about 10 minutes and the line never moved. One employee was on their cell phone, two others were talking to each other, and the cashier was left hanging. I've seen attitude each time I've visited from the employees. They complain they want pay, but they don't wanna do the work. It's supposed to be fast food, but you literally have to wait 30-60 minutes to order and have your food ready. I'd rather drive into Kissimmee to a real checkers than to go here again. Don't bother giving these people your time and money. Update 9/15/21 There's a new staff here which are much better than previous staff. They're friendly and ready to help. Food is still what you expect from a fast food joint, but at least the staff does their job well. They're still slow as far as food times though so don't expect it to be a 5-10 minute thing. Overall it's not a bad spot now if you're looking to get a bite to eat.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. My husband and our child and I figured we'd stop here for a quick bite to eat. We got our drinks, and they were watered down so I told the girl nicely that the machine must be out of syrup. She refilled our drinks with the machine at Auntie Anne's right next to them....still watered down! Ok.... I was nice and left it go to avoid a headache. After waiting forever, we got our food and left. My husband didn't get anywhere near what he ordered. He ordered some kind of bbq checkers burger with no onions and tomatoes....he opens it up and it's a double cheese burger loaded with onions and tomatoes. Then all of a sudden we hear our son in the back seat say "ewww!" There was MOLD on the bottom of his sandwich. I look at mine...SAME THING! We already ate half of our sandwiches! We would've let the wrong order go but there's no way we were letting mold go!! My husband goes back in with the sandwiches for a refund and the little brat behind the counter couldn't care less. She actually asked if he wanted to replace the sandwiches....NO!! THERE'S MOLD ON YOUR BREAD! He told everyone else who was in line at that time that the bread is moldy and to check their food. People who were in line had left and a lady who already ordered asked for a refund. This place needs to fire the two who were there and hire people who actually care. Even if it is just fast food, you're still feeding people! If you don't want to work there, then quit!
