I am not even going to finish my sandwich before I give 5 Stars! Googled sandwiches near me, found Paul's, the only non-chain listed. It was 1230 pm, lunch time. I knew they would be crowded, but it was only a mile away. I waited only a minute for a parking spot. It was packed, but I didn't even need to wait to order. The gentleman taking orders gave me a few of the favorites options. I ordered the Lumberjack (RB and Ham) grabbed a bottled drink and chips, checked out with "Mom", sat down and had my delicious sandwich in like what seemed to be only 1 minute. The bread (white sub) was sooo soft. The sandwich was perfection! The service was beyond perfection! I now have a favorite place. Thank you, Paul's! I miss a good family style deli and you hit the spot. I will definitely stop by whenever I'm in the area.

By far one of the best places in town to enjoy a nice Italian Sub.!!! By the far the best taste ever, great family always welcoming you in wit smiles. An incredible experience. Passing through for work to NeoCity and hungry for lunch. Paul's came right up in the reviews and we gave it a shot and I am so happy we did. Easily the best Italian deli I've had in Florida. Great people great food and great atmosphere. A Florida staple! I will be back anytime I pass through Orlando. Love it.

Loved the cheesesteak sub. I haven’t had a good cheesesteak sub within 40 miles of this area since moving to Florida 4 years ago and this was a hit! I seriously thought about getting 3 additional subs to go but I wasn’t going straight home and wasn’t sure about the quality of reheating it. Two 11 inch subs, one bag of chips and a soda was $24. Great deal!! The service (the guys who made the sub) was top notch. The cashier was friendly at first until we asked did they offer military discount. She gave us the discount but her attitude immediately went cold and borderline rude. The food and the service/friendliness from the guys who took our order and made the subs was so exceptional that more than made up for that. Definitely coming back again and again!

I tried this place on a recommendation from a friend. They spoke very highly of it and I really wanted to try it! This is a great small business to support and buy subs from. They're very friendly and answered my questions about their extensive menu. I had the corned beef and ordered a BLT for my mom. They serve boars head on delicious bread. I'll be back for more sandwiches, that is for sure.

I was a little suspicious of the 4.9 star review rating. I’ve literally never seen all 5 of the stars filled out before. So we had to try it. This place has the feel of a mom and pop shop, and the staff has an infectious spirit that greets you like a friend they haven’t seen in awhile. The menu is to the point and not overdone. The service is fast. As great as all that is, that’s not how they got a 4.9. It’s the sandwiches. Italian subs are my thing. I get them everywhere sandwiches are. This is hands down the best Italian sandwich I’ve ever had. It’s everything an Italian should be. I think the magic is in their Italian seasoning. Whatever it is, it’s everything you want. Go to Paul’s, you won’t regret it.
