Pizza Hut

Pizza here has gone downhill! They have burnt my order not once but TWICE!!! Very dry and disgusting. Had hungry kids waiting on pizza that I had to get remade at 2 different times. Very disappointing. Looks like a bunch of untrained kids and no customer service. What a shame. That was the last time I ever order from here!

First of all, I usually get the regular breadsticks as per usual, and when I went to pick up my food from the door, I greeted them and said, “Thank you” to be polite and respectful…there was crickets in the air and they left quick like that. Also, second of all, the food was seasoned very nicely but, it was stale and not even hot! I was utterly disappointed at the image that was being presented right there. Do better.

This is now the second time I have gotten a BBQ Chicken pizza which is my favorite delivered with no BBQ. I worked at Panera for 4 years I was a shift manager. We would have an expeditor repeating the order and the one who made it would repeat back to them to confirm it was what it was. Its just crazy. I qas traveling home from work to have a pizza ready for me when I git home late. I pay the delivery fee, a tip and the order to not get what I wanted. Not satisfied.

Ordered the stuffed crust deal with extra cheese (extra charge of $2.25) when I got the pizza, the crust was extremely thin to the point where barely any cheese was on it. The stuffed crust took up about 75% of the entire pizza. The crust to actual pizza ratio was terrible. Whoever made this did the worst job I've ever seen. Don't waste your time.

Took alil over 2 hrs to receive my order . Pizza was warm at best when I got it and I ordered a Pepsi with it and some cinnabuns but they decided Pepsi and mountain dew were the same and my cinnabuns were hard as a rock. Do yourselves a favor . Go with dominos there's a reason why they guarantee your pizza hit and fresh because they deliver on the promise

2 stars because the delivery lady was sweet and the manager was nice and helpful how ever the pizza was cold the box was bend I order one cheese an one pepperoni and only got cheese also I order a 2 litter Pepsi and I didn't get not cool $41 waisted ,now when I called then the lady on the phone was getting angry or upset when I'm trying to call to get answers then she pass the phone to the manager then she help me with the situation.this is my first time after my last incident were my Cinnabons were so burnt they were dry and hard and this was years ago I want to say.
