We had a great experience visiting this pub, staff was welcoming from start a nice menu at reasonable prices.

What a lovely place. Staff were really friendly. Popped in for an unplanned evening meal after a very long day out. Stunning roast beef and a perfectly cooked sirloin! Thanks to Sean for cooking our food perfectly! Will go back next time we are in the area.

It was really excellent but feel v sorry as not more customers. It was the fault of the last owner who hardly opened. So please support this lovely pub as excellent food and lovely staff.

We ate from the new menu and we couldn't fault anything to be honest, the food was excellent. Portions are enough but not too much that you feel overwhelmed or overfull. Quality rather than quantity. …

Great pub with friendly and efficient landlady. A pity there weren't more customers but this was a Thursday lunchtime and the pub is not exactly obvious for passing trade. Good value and well presented food though so we will definitely be back.
