The staff are excellent in this Greggs. Very friendly, however they always seem understaffed. Obviously no fault of their own. Sometimes the queues can be long, especially with those delivery drivers waiting on top of normal customers

I absolutely love Gregg's! It's our go to place for coffee and food. The staff are amazing, polite and friendly and because me and my mum are regulars there, they know our order off by heart now. I definitely recommend Gregg's to anyone. It's my favourite place ❤️
