The hotel is not bad. But is very old. Needs remodelling and maintenance! The painting of the walls is damaged, Bath bulbs and some lamps, they don't work. The ceiling has moisture spots.

Great stay, really clean room and very friendly staff. Only issue was the toilet would not flush completely. Other wise, awesome stay.

Even under the Covid 19 conditions this hotel delivered GREAT SERVICE! The food was New Orleans fabulous. We were offered a sack lunch of sausage sandwich and fruit. Yummy. The room was beautiful and the room service great.Thank you Doubletree. We loved our stay. Compliments to the chief for Red Beans and Rice fish! Xoxo

Every other hotel in the world provides adequate towels yet this hotel only provides 1 wash cloth per room and sometimes only 1 hand towel. Plus my sink drain was unscrewed from the plug and just left in the sink. Your housecleaning staff need advisement and honestly, the rooms need more towels. The good things of this hotel is the friendly front desk staff and great breakfast buffet. But please fix the housekeeping issues.

Staff was very professional went the extra mile for what we needed, and their dinners are excellent delicious. We won't stay anywhere else if Double Tree can accommodate our stay. I recommend this hotel is excellent...

Fantastic service. The sales manager went out his way and took us to the rental car place instead of the airport to catch the shuttle. Love that southern hospitality! I’ll stay here anytime!

Nice hotel, but in need of some upgrades. Appears that decor and room upgrades are planned soon. Hotel was very clean and nicely decorated for the holidays. 24 hour shuttle to and from the airport. There's a bar and restaurant on sight, but there are plenty of places within walking distance if you don't want to dine at the hotel.
