Truck didn't arrive, current sold out of frozen flavours, big Mac's, cheeseburgers, shakes, ketchup. But the crew is killin it and coping well. Well done front of house staff

Always check your order. Happy meals some times dont have toys so the kids might be upset. The ice cream machine is broken 80% of the time. Convenient food, traffic is a hazzard most times.

Half the meal is missing and no one is answering the phones for 30 minutes? I bet it's sitting there off the hook so people can't get through to them. Tried calling from two separate numbers and everything.this is a bit ridiculous. Missing chips and drinks and a few nuggets, I understand one or two things biy this was most of the meal

My drive thru experience was efficient and wonderful. Ruby and Chantelle took my order and paid it fast and with great attitude and effort. They both made me feel welcomed and helped with my questions about the menu as I do not come here often. This interaction was a while ago on the 17th of April but I am very appreciative of their customer service skills and friendliness.

Same old Macas food you'd get at any other location, drove through is very efficient since the place was renovated and there is ample parking however this new set up that is appearing in more and more locations is awful, only being able to order at the screens without an actual counter is not something I like, it may save them some wages but ultimately takes away from the experience, and if something is wrong with the order when it comes out it takes forever to get someone's attention to fix it

It was quick and simple. The staff were friendly too. Only problem check food before driving off, they stuff up orders often they are very young staff that muck around a bit so it happens when busy esp.

This is not a reflection on McDonald's Kenmore but McDonald's in general. The quality has dropped significantly, not that it was outstanding before but the new norm at Mecca's is just rubbish. Just because you're an established business, it doesn't mean it's OK to cut all costs.
