They close at 930. She said “may I take your order” and then after I ordered told me they close at 10 and the kitchen closes at 930 also the ice cream machine is close dat 945. Very convenient for the staff. Not so happy for people hungry and far from home. I would give 0 of it was allowed. We went to McDonald’s they are much better. Hopefully the Queen staff gets cleaned out soon. Customer service skills lacking.

Every time we order meals, the burgers are not fresh. Onions rings and fries are always decent. 9/10 they ask you to pull off to the side, no matter what you order. It takes 5-10 minutes for us to recieve our food, when there are not many customers. Customer service is not happy & energetic, seems rushed and centered around drive time only.

Service has really taken a nose dive here. Waited 5 minutes at the speaker just to order then when I got my food the fries were old and the chicken strips were hard. Like they had been in hot holding way too long. Only thing I'll buy from there ever again is blizzards.

My family and I love Kelso DQ. It's usually so good as well as the customer service. But last night we ordered and I got a rotisserie chicken basket and was a little disappointed. When I opened my food this is what a "6 piece" basket looked like. Definitely not worth close to $10. They were little cubes and bits of grilled chicken. Everything else was fine but not worth the money. The picture makes it look like the pieces were much bigger.

My husband and I just went thru the drive thru, the girl on the intercom would pause for so long and not respond that I kept having to ask if she was there. When we got to the window they gave us the wrong size blizzards. Then they started making the right size and a girl came up and asked what our order was, I told her and we got the wrong blizzards. I called to talk to the manager and the kid who answered called out for the manager then came back and asked who I was. Then he pretended to be the manager. I will be going in tomorrow to speak with someone I am not happy!
1 month later we decide to give it another try only to be told to leave because they are under staffed. Won't be going back.

I have been through their drive through many times and every time they get my blizzard wrong. I order the reeses extreme with no chocolate sauce. They put barely any reeses, what seems to be brownies?? And no peanut butter sauce. Supposed to be reeses, reeses pieces, chocolate and peanut butter sauce (minus the chocolate sauce for me) Their food is alright. That's why it's 2 stars not 1.

Well we for one sat waiting for our food for 20 min but oh well no big deal, but we got our food at 8:52pm 12/30/21 and my wife opened her food at 9:00pm to find that her toast had a big bite out of it and at that moment they where closed. Everything else was good.
