Mcdonald's

Service was friendly and order was accurate. We always come to this location. Our order number was 1290 grill slip #90 from drive thru. The chicken on the chicken biscuit was either super fatty or under cooked so I did not finish it. It was very chewy/gummy and looked a little pink. No refund needed but you might want to check quality of the chicken you got that you are using on chicken biscuit.

Avoid this McDonalds unless you love waiting in line for 36-45 minutes! Food is good but wait time is Horrible! I was in line tonight at 6:00, there were 6-7 cars in front of me. Dine-in is closed since Covid. There is only 1 line open. I waited 30 minutes before I got to payment window. I waited about 4 minutes before she helped me as she was also taking orders.The attendant apologized when I asked if they were short staffed & she said yes they were. I went to pickup window & was handed my food right away. This took me 35 minutes as I was watching my time. This is obviously due to poor management. This location has always been slow even before Covid so they can’t blame it all on worker shortage. Also, there was an older woman standing inside the locked door just watching the line - a good use of time!

This is one of the best McDonalds. The food is always fresh and hot. Many of the other stores have lousy managers and lazy employees that don't care if they serve you food that is not fresh or hot. I just came for a snack this visit. I came here last week and tried the double Quarter Pounder w/ cheese for the first time since they stopped using frozen beef. Wow. Fresh unfrozen beef burgers are so much better tasting. I am only getting the double QP meal from now on. But only from this location in Keller. I don't eat at other McD's. This company really needs to put more emphasis on hiring good managers. That's how you get fresh hot food served all the time and it should increase their sales. I would eat at McD's more often if other stores were as good as this one.
