Subway

🤬🤬Door and website says open till 10 p.m. during the week. Get there at 9 p.m. and the person said they are closed, I said ok. As I walk out the door I look and it clearly stayed open till 10 pm. I say to the guy your sign says open till 10 pm and his response was.. “I’ve been here since 8 am and I’m ready to go home”. I’m thinking that’s not my fault.

The lady took her sweet time to make the sub sandwich’s for the customer ahead of us almost 15 minutes to make his sandwich plus having him purchase the sub. Than she walks to the back and never comes back! Lol I yelled hello five times and waited another 10 minutes I think she hated her job ... avoid this place

NEVER have I experienced this level of disrespect and unprofessionalism at ANY establishment. I understand people make mistakes which is why I didn't think it was a big deal to ask for my correct order. Little did I ever expect, this girl refused to correct her mistake but took it a step further in cussing and flipping me off- for asking what I paid for. Not only was I disrespected but this girl ended up throwing my sandwich to the ground. Never did I stoop to her level by cussing or saying anything disrespectful back. The manager at this store, Emiley Jenkins (who gave this place a 5 star review below), could careless. This Subway only cares about taking your money and couldn't careless on providing even the most basic form of customer service or getting your order correct.
