The employees were super sweet! I don't go out for coffee too often so I'm always awkward when I do. The baristas were very helpful with redeeming the buy one get one deal I got in a text message and had no problem merging a fee of my Java crew cards so I just had one. I definitely recommend stopping by for some good, not burnt, coffee!!

I used to frequent the Java Crew in West Salem and loved it but now I live in Keizer so this is my go to. Coffee has been pretty good but this last time I ordered a muffin and it was moldy inside...yuck. I don't think I'll be going back again.

January 31st, morning crew, the girl in the flannel, you need to replace her. Fake conversation, fake laugh, judgy. Ordered a coffee, got a hot chocolate. This location has potential. A smart business owner needs to take it over, actually know coffee, actually train the baristas and they need to actually be genuine when conversing with paying customers. A business is for the customer getting a genuine product. Not for individuals to just collect a pay check and hang with the girls and favorite customers.

Yo, I actually turned around to go just give the coffee back. Didn’t ask for a new one. Didn’t ask for my money. That was a poor excuse for anything. When I turned around to go back, these girls weren’t concerned at all. In fact, 2 of the 3 girls kept talking about last nights party. The one girl engaged with me, asked ME what she should do. Nuff said.

Excellent and cheerful service!!! They have the best mocha anywhere! They mix their own chocolate and it's amazing!!

This is without a doubt the worst location. I just ordered a large white mocha and it didn't even take them 30 seconds before they were handing me my coffee. At first I thought they were just on top of it but I was very wrong. My coffee was just warm enough to drink but by no means hot on top of it not even tasting like a white mocha.
