White Spot Kamloops

Visited this location twice and ordered out once. For starters, their waiters are so friendly and professional. Clean surroundings, well-kempt washrooms but there were no hand sanitizer stations in sight(I’d have given an extra non-existent star for this vital add-on). Their toasted shrimp sandwich is so yummy! You should try the blueberry milkshake too. All meals are flavorful and well served. Portions are reasonable for the cost. In summary, I’d go there again whenever I’m in Kamloops.

Wowzers! Travelling through Kamloops? Instead of the fast food scene, pull off the highway and get a real family meal that will put a smile on everyone's face. Huge portions, great taste, and fast service. I had a delicious dirty double Caesar and Monty Mushroom Burger. My 16 year old had a Double Double bacon burger with unlimited fries and iced teas. My daughter had chicken strips and fries. While you're there try a cold pint of Granville Island Lager. 2 thumbs up! Nothing bad to say about this White Spot location. Fantastic bang for buck and fast, perfect service. 👌👍

Whenever we go to Kamloops, this is one of 2 restaurants we have meals at. It is always reliably clean, friendly and the menu is varied and appealing. Although the prices have risen slightly again, it is understandable, given that many eateries have struggled lately and if it helps maintain such good staff, then it’s worth it. The portions are generous, even if the ‘endless sides’, like coke slaw and fries, are very enticing, but hardly needed after such big meals. The grilled chicken meals (burgers and salads) are excellent and everything is fresh and tasty. We had an older lady as server who was very nice and efficient. Please don’t make unnecessary changes as we love this place as it is.

The service was extremely slow. Servers appeared to be looking after all sections instead of one area of the restaurant. Poor management of staff. We waited about 15 minutes after finishing our meal to get our bill. We did not see our server once the food was delivered by a different server, until we flagged her down to order a take out order and then another 15 minutes to flag her down again for the bill. Staff was courteous but not well trained. Food was great as usual.

This place was great. To be honest they should be the standard for dealing with allergy. I mentioned to my server I was anaphylaxis to eggs so he took my order then the manager came out and instructed me he would personally check every ingredient AND monitor the preparation of my food. I have never felt so well taken care of and felt so comfortable! The waiter was super friendly and the restsraunt was impeccably clean!. Seriously all restaraunts should look to this manager and waiter on how to deal with customers with allergies. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was great! Thanks again for such hospitality!!!!!
