Quick service, delicious food and so many options on the menu. Definitely worth a stop, especially quick from the airport and plenty of parking! Highly recommend the spicy ahi - it’s a pretty big portion, so when my sister brother and I saw someone walk by with it, we took one of our three orders off and two between three people was plenty! Our server was very attentive to everything we needed 🙏🏼

Friendly staff and great food! The portions are proper Hawaiian size - ginormous Fried Spam Musubi - not bad, if somewhat lukewarm Keiki Saimin - served in a 18" bowl - my little one was properly impressed. Polynesian Paralysis Moco - lived up to its name. It had a huge mound of kalua pork (cooked for two days) that lasted us for days. bento - one of the day's specials. I couldn't decide what to order, so I went for the variety. Everything - kalbi, katsu, teri beef, fried egg - was tasty. When our server heard that we were catching a plane, she brought us utensils and napkins so that we could eat on the plane. Going to the gym now to work it off.

This place was even better than advertised! The portions are huge, and innovative and delicious. We lived the twist on traditional Hawaiian dishes. Our waiter was super knowledgable about the dishes and had great suggestions.

We came to eat at Da Kitchen on a Saturday night and it was very busy. However, we've been seated fast and served fast. Food is so good and so much choices on the menu! I would definitely recommend this place if you want to try "Hawaiian" food. Be aware : the portions are hugeeee.

Huge portions, unexpectedly great noodle soup. They are pretty busy, so expect long wait. We went back the second day. This time I ordered the Garlic Shrimp. So good. The shrimps were cooked to just the right level so that they’re cooked but not too dry, they were so firm and the seasoning was perfect.

A must try when in Maui! After a long trip from Florida we didn't want to wait, but had heard many great things about this place. The wait was only 20 minutes and the service was super quick. The food was more than worth the wait, the portions are huge and can be shared or be another meal. We started with the Fried Spam Masubi which was crispy and delicious. The Original Kitchen Burger was juicy and grilled to perfection. My personal favorite was the Kalbi tender and flavorful, not too sweet or too salty with a side of macaroni salad. We finished our meal with Ube Pineapple twist soft serve, the perfect blend of sweet and a hint of sour.

The 35 minutes wait was worth it. Great takes on Moco and portions were huge! Right down the road from OGG airport, so it was our first stop after we landed.

Fried spam musubi is worth the trip. The portions are huge so prepare for that. It can be a bit heavy on flavor and oil so also be ready for that. Suggest getting a salad or something with green to balance everything

Awesome local food served in a casual setting, but slightly upgraded from the traditional locale of places to get plate lunches etc. Try the Notorious B.I.G. Moco and be sure to ask about the associated challenge. This place is doing it right - serving great food in an appropriate setting for the right price. Keep up the strong work fellas.

Came here on a recommendation from a friend. Look at that food. You honestly can't go wrong with anything on this menu, and the service was top-notch. I was in Maui for 5 days and went here twice. Would definitely come back and recommend it to others.
