Just had the Chance burger and thought it was great. The patty was thick, juicy and flavorful and the bun wasn't a soggy mess! I'm used to the bun being pretty gross with burger patties of this size so very happy that the burger was built with care.

Literally waited five minutes just to be noticed. There was someone in front of me and left because no one was at the counter to take orders. Even the manager was in the back giggling and chatting with the employees as if they were NOT at work. I hate to say it but they staff is “ghetto” and don’t care. They purposely made the burger sloppy, fries were cold, and enjoying lounging around. Definitely calling corporate because this is ridiculous.

Absolutely ridiculous. 3rd time in a row no mcflurrys waited THIRTY MINUTES for two large fries and a sprite. They brought one fry out, then another 20 minutes later i go in to figure out what the hell is going on to hear the manager talk about how people need to start breaks because its slow so the first fry was completely cold by that time then they didn't even bring out our sprite, which took another 5 minutes. Never going to return to this McDonald's as long as a live here.

I will be honest. I have difficulty writing a review for McDonald's in general. I do not feel their food is nutritious. But they are clean and fast and polite. So my choices when ordering usually are items I feel might be the most nutritious: Orange Juice, Bottled Water, Coffee, even a small vanilla milk shake (on occassion) ... that's the key ... on occasion... I love the taste of their Big Macs. And I love their French Fries ... they have cornered the market on French fries ... we ALL know their distinctive flavor.

No clue why this location is still operating. They ignore their customers. Its absolutely asinine that the owners are fine with their employees NOT working. Not to mention if your one of the "lucky" ones who gets their order taken, the food is usually stale & way below even McDonald's par!

Asked me if I wanted to try their spicy nuggets. I say yes and continue with my order. But apparently if you say yes they just don't give you the spicy nuggets. But they do charge you for them.
