Panera Bread

The quality of the food at this location is absolutely horrific. High & sandwiches with one or two pieces of meat tops. The staff is rude, management seems to never be there, much less respond to customer feedback. If I could give zero stars I would. They are constantly “out of” things on the menu and the online ordering permits you to order things they don’t have. From now on the only time I’ll buy any Panera food is the soup sold at Publix. Don’t waste your money here.

Seriously disappointed with this store. I come about once a week, and every time there is a 75% chance they are out of something. Almost always, Brioche rolls. This morning they were out of Brioche, scrambled eggs, and cheese. Like seriously? I understand if it is one thing because it is a rush, but at 9am on a Monday, you would think they would have been expecting whatever crowds were there. (Few people in the restaurant by the way.) Otherwise, the restaurant is relatively clean except the drink area is quite sticky and the drink machine dispences super slow, possibly due to a buildup to not being cleaned. Additionally, several employees had their masks around their nose or took them off to talk to customers. I blame poor management and poor planning. If an item is constantly out of stock, doesn't it make sense to order extra of that item? Seriously confused. This happened on 10/6/20 at 9:30am.
