Dunkin'

Not only was the line insanely long due to having only one employee on during morning rush, and that employee was quite vocal about that point multiple times to customers during the wait. On top of that the service was rude and full of attitude. I will never get anything from this dunkin again and I’m hearing much of that from my coworkers as we have exchanged and found very similar experiences for each of us. If you can’t staff right then just close, it’s not like there aren’t 3 other dunkins in 3 miles

If you go inside Be Prepared to wait A loonnnng long time !!!! They have 5or6 staff tending to the Drive thru and or Too busy chatting amongst themselves and playing on their Cell phones 📱 Then someone finally comes by and You still Wait! Very Unprofessional workers! Not Customer friendly service That you would expect from Such A Well established Company!!! Think I'll go to Starbucks pay the extra $💰 and Be Happy and Satisfying coffee ☕ experience😊

This may or may not be the worst Dunkin’. Their poor service requires me to drive further out of my way during my morning commute. I only come here when I’m running behind and don’t have time to go further down the road. Service inside is incredibly slow, so when I have to come here I order “on the go” so it’s ready when I get there... I still have to wait though......the last visit was my last. I ordered on the go 15 minutes before I got there. Yes 15, not exaggerating. My order wasn’t ready and when someone finally decided to acknowledge me waiting by the pickup window, I said I placed an on the go order and the girl shrugged and pointed at the receipt printer that was open and out of paper. No sorry, no nothing. Unacceptable service in my opinion. I know Dunkin’ is big and doesn’t care but hopefully someone who plans to visit this Dunkin will see this and save themselves some time and aggravation

I called this Dunkin Donuts to make a large call-ahead order. I ordered about 10 coffees over the phone and the person who answered the phone took all the orders so quickly and was very nice and personable. After I hung up, I was thinking "there is no way they got all that correctly because they took the order down so fast." When I showed up, I was pleased to see that all the coffees were made PERFECT and were ready for me to pay and pick up. The people there were so nice and greeted me with smiles. I was so happy that I offered them a VERY generous tip which unfortunately, they said they could not take. I was actually upset that I could not give them money for how great they were. I asked them all for their names so that I can go online and give them a glowing review. Their names are: Ashley, Adam, and Vinny. They work well together and should all get a raise.

Never the same people working and coffee never tastes the same! The price for a medium iced coffee2 pumps caramel black is almost $3 .... i love my DD's but its getting to be too much for me! That too much to pay for a cup of coffee. Try taking some sandwhich items off the menu. Stick to THE BASICS...
