Ruby Tuesday

I've tried it numerous times over the past few years and it is never ever good. The waiter and waitress are the only good thing about the place. One time my fiancee and I both found bugs in out salads and so did another person across from us. The management acted like we all 3 placed them there. This was 2 years ago. I decided to give it another try. I ordered the Top Sirloin, loaded baked potato, and a garden salad. I was immediately charged an upcharge for salad and potato even though only the potatoe should have been counted as such then the side of beef wasnt even sirloin. Look at the photos. When i cut it with my knife it was stringy and clearly a chunk of roast. The taste was awful. It tasted ruined. I had my fiancee try it and he said not to eat it. That it was ruined beef. The waitress asked the manager to remove my meal from my ticket and she refused. My fiancee had to argue with her. I WILL NEVER EVER eat there again. I did call corporate and a regional manager called me back on the bug incident. I was promised some gift cards and that they would "clean the place up" then they wanted to know my opinion afterwards. I never got the gift cards and they have clearly NOT cleaned the place up! I I Hope this review saves you the time so that you won't eat there and have the same expectations of a nice restaurant that I did.

Certainly not up to RT standards on other parts of country ...worst service ..sub par food...absolutely no redeeming qualities...this is how my hickory bourbon chicken was presented with a side of zucchini ...how appetizing...NOT! table next to us sent their food back 3 times before giving up... no wonder the place was almost empty.

This place is horrible. We ordered food and was told it would be ready in 10 minutes for pickup. We got there and waited another 30 minutes for it. The people there were rude. We returned to work(5 minutes away) and started to eat. Several items were missing and what we had was cold. We called and spoke with the manager who hung up on us. All we wanted was the food that we paid for. She told us that she had checked the order herself and knew it was right and pretty much called us liars. This is the last time any of us will ever eat here or order from here.

Ruby Tuesday has one of the best salad bars in town. However, I am repeatedly disappointed by excessively long wait times, fluctuating quality on menu items and "understaffed" excuses. I would frequent the establishment more often if it weren't so frustrating to eat there. I've decided, yeah, they have the best salad bar, greatest potential, yet least effort of any resturant in town. Sad but true. Is it management? I don't know. All I can say is I want to eat there a lot. I want to give them business, they act like they don't need it or want it. Go figure.

My dad ordered steak that was so tuff he could hardly eat it. I ordered ribs and baked potato after 15 minutes they come to tell me they didn't have potatoes. Then another 5 minutes come to tell me they had no ribs so then I had to choose something else entirely. The worst $55 ever spent. Not ever going back. Not to mention the staff was loudly complaining about their day. Just not a good atmosphere or meal.
