A better McDonald's than most. Dining room and rest rooms are clean and inviting. The quality of food here is above most other McDonald's. No wrong orders, have to wait a bit every now and then. Great access off and on the freeway.

I got a cold old sloppy meal again. my friend were awful and so was my Big Mac. it was so cold and old that the bun was hard like it sat made like that overnight no lie. why can't people "treat others the way you want to be treated"? would you(employee) eat it and be happy with it?

Jackson McDonald's location is not my local McDonald's I go to. I just so happened to be in Jackson and was looking for a quick breakfast. I used the drive thru. Associate taking my order was very nice. I ordered 2 Sausage Egg McMuffin's without cheese. The only negative issue I experienced was that the eggs on both breakfast sandwiches were a little crispy on the bottom. They were still edible. Sum customers maybe ok. I'm not a fan. Other than that the experience was great.

There is one server that should never work with the people. She has no people skills, is rude, and this is how my sandwiches were wrapped. I also always have to ask for my receipt

It's McDonalds, if you don't know about this place, then you have been in a coma for the past 100 years. I just wanted to know if they are trained to purposely get your order wrong through the drive-through! I think if they screw it up you should automatically get free food! But they would probably get that wrong, too.

Drive thru is moving way to. slow for being a fast food joint. I used to work at a McDonald's. And if the food wasn't ready we always had to park the car just to keep the line moving. And another thing since I can't add a new review. I was there today 6/23. Went thru drive thru and now running errands. No napkins in my bag. The drive thru is always slow. And the older lady that always works in the drive thru gives me attitude for using the mobile app. Smh. Why have a McDonald's app if the employees seem bothered by having to deal with it. Omg this place is soooo slow. Waited in drive thru for 5 mind. No one was taking orders. So I left so I can get ti work on time

Hoping the dining room will be open daily again, showed up recently was not again! Went through drive thru, another very long wait as usual, chicken sandwich ordered, not very good.

Drive-thru time 17 minutes from the time I ordered until I got my order. Unbelievably slow service, but at least this time the food was hot.
I remember when McDonald's used to park cars that would take a long time to get their order so that the next few orders did not have to wait. It was about 4 minutes per order at the window. This was during what should have been the lunch rush. The fact that they did not have things made and ready to send out reflects poorly on how prepared they are for their customers or did McDonald's change their policies to make their customers wait longer?
I gave them a one for the slowness, I bumped it up to a two only because the food was hot rather than lukewarm which I have gotten from McDonald's lately.
