Dunkin'

Usually I don’t care to much but it’s happened multiple times so now I’m letting the staff know there’s a problem. I’ve gotten a few unmixed and incorrect orders and today I was handed a iced coffee with foam but it was in a cup with the dome lid and that full of foam. I asked for a straw and the girl said they don’t have any. THAT is when you give the customer a sip lid but you can’t give out a product that is clearly going to be problematic. I’m very disappointed in my service again and again here. Common sense guys cmon.

They were put of almost everything! No eggs, no plain bagels, no stuffed croissant... my donut was just thrown into the bag with no napkins or anything, it looked like thay just picked up with their hand! My kids hot chocolate just tasted like hot water.. My frozen vanilla chai just was cooled water that smelled like cinnamon. Don't go here!!

Hi, went to this location almost after a year and still no improvement ! I have all the patience and I went back to say no sugar in my coffee, can I get some. Ideally anyone would just say , sure here you go! But the response from the person(like like manager based on dress color code), said you did not say sugar when you ordered! I had to tell her that I know what I want . This is not required even though I was not rude but the person on the other side can't blame someone who still adjusted and asked for sugar and not a new coffee. Have to think twice before going here again. I understand they are stressed out but same time they have to understand we are concerned as well.
