Burger King

In my opinion. Either this place is run poorly, or workers are purposely tampering with people's food. The drive through lady who took the order acted impatiently. I told her I needed a second. Proceeded to harass me asking 3 different times in a matter of the minute it took me to place my order, if I was "ready". If you've experienced this, tape record it, because the owner needs to see this. This isn't the only time this has happened either. I get the feeling they don't like or want to do their job. If that's the case, they know where the door is and can feel free to find it. Claimed the coke machine was down, but i suspect if you take too long ordering, they PURPOSELY give you diet. The food I got was all cold, soggy, and the cheese sticks looked old. Everything SLATHERED in mayo. I think there's a high possibility they're switching out fresh food with leftovers. The owner needs to check his operations before the employees run this place into the ground. Food is also over priced. I love bk, but at these prices, I'm just going to go to olive garden or a nice steakhouse. People hard earned their money, and shouldn't have to put up with this. Won't be back.

They where way understaffed. The gal at the register had no idea how to use one of their coupons and we had to wait for a manager (who was single-handedly running the drive-thru). She also entered in the wrong sandwich which had to be corrected by the manager. We were almost given the wrong food order & didn't receive the receipt (which I had to go back up to the counter and ask for). On the positive side, the place was clean and the food was warm and tasted delicious.

Store #11028 Upsetting when the employees seem to worry more about speed of service rather then service of food. Lunch was not edible due to the solid hardness of the onion rings that looked like they sat in grease for a long time and Chicken fries were so crispy that the breading cracked off when picked up. No receipt was given (they never provide me with a reciept) Call to notify the staff of the un edible food and they do not answer their phone. This happens any time we go to this Burger King for lunch. I will go out of my way to spend my hard earned money elsewhere.
