While convenient, they take forever to take your order. Every time even with no line. Half the time they don't have the donut you want, especially the featured ones. Orders are constantly wrong. Just ordered a bacon bagel belt and garlic cheese bagel with chive cream cheese(said they no longer have garden vegetable!?). I ended up getting a sausage bagel belt and a garlic cheese with pkain cream cheese. Don't bother ordering any flavored cream cheese because your going to get plain!! This has happened many times. They need to get their act together. If your just getting coffee and don't mind long lines, then this place is for you!!

The coffee is always wonderful, but every time I stop by here it takes 15+ minutes just waiting in the drive through. I don't stop by as much as I used to because it takes so long... and then half of the time the staff has forgotten what I ordered. Please get it together!

It seems Everytime I come to this location they have a very limited selection. Staff is not pleasant and food is thrown together. I have gone out of my way to another location just to avoid this tim Hortons.

Coffee was good. Sandwich was just okay. They do not offer refills on coffee even inside at location.

Maybe you guys should come up with a menu that has the things you DO have. Staff is always rude, think I'll stick with the Jackson coffee company or starbucks from now on.
