Rude employees.!! If I could give it a 0 stars I would! We come out of just passing by wanted something quick to eat. That had all the doors locked only one opened! When we were inside we heard the employees says “send everyone they the drive thru I do not wan to deal with anyone that comes in here”

I don't know where to start with this particular location. I have trouble EVERY time I go here. I have left a few customer reviews w/o any response. On my latest trip I had to go around thru the drive thru 3 times... the buns are always stale, and they are always out of at least 1 item that I try to order...

You had to wait at the speaker 10 minutes before they took ur order! The customer service was horrible. The employees were not familiar with the menu. The fries were burnt and the chicken sandwich I ordered was old n tasted like grease!

This location needs a management overhaul. Workers are not directed very well causing longer than normal delays in service. Never have I gone to a fast food restaurant and asked to see the receipt before getting my order filled. Pretty sorry.

My order was wrong. It was 8 in the morning and i was told they only had 3 McMuffins left so i couldnt even get what i wanted.

1st time in years at this location but my food was hot and it was pretty good. I ordered a frappe and didn't realize the price till I got to the window to pay. I changed my mind on it and the young lady was so pleasant with we changing my order.

The food is always awesome!! The drive thru is very slow!!! It's not enough workers!

The service was extremely slow, so you would at least expect everything to be correct. I get 5 minutes down the road, just to find out my spicy chicken deluxe that I paid for is just a plain hamburger. The box was super light, so it's hard to believe they made that mistake. As I'm waiting inside after driving all the way back another gentleman comes in with a messed up order as well, and it wasn't the one that had the hamburgers I received so there is no telling how many were messed up. I waited FOREVER for them to fix my order. Thankfully I wasn't in a hurry that day, but it did take so long I was ready to just ask for a refund. I will not visit this location again. I had visited this location once before and waited so long at the speaker that I just left. That's two strikes for me, and that is all it will take me for. Yesterday was my last.
