Although this location does not accept coupons, the great food and the very kind and friendly service is what makes this place 5 star. The employees are always happy to take your order and are very friendly if you need help in making the sandwich you desire. The only true downside is that they do not accept coupons, but it is understandable due to the COVID-19 pandemic and how businesses have been impacted.

I wish I could give this Subway 0 stars! Where do I start? They don’t accept coupons - which is stupid! The owners are not friendly at all! They don’t put all of the meat that’s supposed to come on a sandwich—but the customer better not question them about it! I hate that there is not another Subway close to my job. I wish everyone would stop going here until they provided better customer service.

The store is always nice and clean and the employees are friendly. Best place in Jackson. The restaurant's location is great because its near Highland Village and Whole Foods. Very convenient as well.

Owners and employees are RUDE! NEVER GO HERE! PLUS THEY DO NOT TAKE COUPONS AND THEN WANT TO CHARGE YOU $4 FOR EXTRA CHEESE!!! GO TO SUBWAY OFF OLD CANTON RD.... THEY ARE BETTER ALL AROUND PLUS THEY ACCEPT COUPONS!!

Food is always nice. Portions are good. The staff is very friendly and understanding. This is my favorite location because of how convenient it is for me.

The employees and owners of this Subway are very friendly. There is never a long line that you have to wait in unless there is something big happening in town. The sandwiches taste very good, and there is a decent selection of chips and drinks. They do offer bathrooms and handicapped parking. So, all in all it is comfortable, easy, and fast.

I don’t even give them a 1 star. Every subway in my area doesn’t take coupons! What’s the whole point of sending them out and you all do not honor them? Big issue.
