VERY UNDERWHELMING Beef short rib ramen in wagyu broth: Looks good, looks like quality, poorly Prepared and poorly cooked. Felt Quickly thrown together and def not a dish I would expect for +$40… more like a $20’dish -ribs were tough an not tender in the least, broth was watery and not rich in flavor, dish as a whole was the opposite of exciting. The one star was for the great service from the waiter!

Amazing meal from start to finish! The New Zealand Red Deer was scrumptious and so well prepared. The potato chip pie was a cross between a cookie pie and pecan pie with potato chips for saltiness but so good! Very unique meal overall and they had a 2 for 1 special when I was there for a I got a second meal for a donation to a charity which was a cool concept! Wait staff were very kind and the inside had a nice feel to it.

Disappointing $160 birthday dinner for two. The good reviews sucked me in, but the food and the lack of interest of the server left me wishing I had gone somewhere else. Yes it's pricey, but the food quality didn't add up. The $39 Red deer tenderloin katsu sounded delicious but was overcooked and could have been anything in that thick hard breading. The Paper plane cocktail consisting of whiskey, Montenegro, and Aperol was tasty but was gone in 4 sips. Pork ribs okonomyaki was tasty but unremarkable. And 5 (!) ribs for $34 is a rip off. The server never asked how the food was. But at least we were able to get a 6 PM reservation on a Friday night. There are better options in Jackson.
