The lady and gentlemen working this evening were awesome! I will never go to another subway sandwich store again. I live in New York city. When I want subway... I'm flying here. It's the best service and the freshest food!

Sandwiches are good and typical of all Subways. Service is generally fast and restaurant is clean. Parking is limited. With some of the employees, you get the impression you are a bother.

First off, it is annoying, not helpful when you have 3 employees squawking at you when ordering multiple sandwiches. Second, let's discuss the menu items you don't have. Roast beef and cheddar is a staple for any sandwich shop, you have neither. What happened to the white flatbread? Overall a very disappointing visit for the money that was spent.

Ordered two subs got home and tomatoes were on both. My husband is allergic to tomatoes. It was late and we were tired so we went to bed.

The only thing to really judge here is whether they make the sandwiches like they're supposed to (check check), and whether or not you have someone friendly help you (zero checks). The younger blonde was rather quite the opposite..... --like-- if you hate people --that-- much, don't work at Subway maybe? .. haha Right?! Perhaps she was just having a very, very bad day. The worst day. 😳

Attempted to order three foot long sandwiches. First of all found out Isanti Subway store does not honor corporate promotions. Website seemed to not transmit order. Site did not allow for you to stop the order or switch store without losing the order. so I continued with the order knowing I would not get the discount. Called store to see if they received the order. They did not. Asked If I could just order with them.NOPE I was told OWNER does not allow that. I then tried to order from cambridge store (found out they DO honor promotions). They also did not get my order. But offered to call me back and try to resolve. Took my number to have manager call me. When I checked my account BOTH stores charged my account. $46+ charged and no food.
Isanti Subway gave me corporate number. Number did not work but rather referred you to website that didn't give option to make complaint. I called store back and was told there was absolutely nothing they would do to resolve this issue for me. So I'm out $46 and never received sandwiches.

I have tried this subway twice now and will never go back. A few weeks ago I found a hair in my wrap and when I went back after two bites I was told that the hair wasn’t from them and they wouldn’t even remake wrap. Then today when I went in I ordered the same wrap that I always get at subway and they always put 4 pieces of cheese and the girl only put two, not a big deal! I nicely asked if I could have full cheese and she said it only comes with two pieces so I was like whatever that’s fine! She then put 4 pieces on it and goes I just put the extra cheese on for you. So thinking she was being nice I just said thank you and went to pay. When I got my receipt she charged me and extra 60¢ for the cheese. To me the 60¢ Wasn’t a big deal, but the her adding it on without asking me and then charging me is.
