Kfc

I am no fan of KFC, but, the customer service was amazing. The mash potatoes with gravy 😋was on point. The chicken breasts hit the spot. The young lady behind the counter also provided me with a courtesy cup of water so that I could mix my supplements with in my shaker cup. The spicy mayo on the chicken sandwich made me a fan instantly.

This is ridiculous go to drive thru for them to tell me pull over. We will bring it to after waiting for 20mins for the food. I went inside to get chicken was cold and biscuits hard as a rock.When spend that type of money for food. It suppose to fresh and hot. They need to shut this KFC down on Springfield ave(bad business)Now I see why everyone be going to Popeyes. Very disappointed 😞

My Fiancè and I were really excited to hear about the Mac and cheese bowls. We both work late so we didn't have too much of a choice but to get it until after 9:30pm. We get to the one in East Orange on Central Ave and they claim they didn't have it. Fine. So we went to the one on Springfield Ave in Irvington and they also claimed they didn't have it. Instead we had to settle for a famous mashed potato bowl. We get it home and it was nothing but a bowl of disappointment. I literally do not understand how KFC can advertise something, claim to not have it, and yet there's a Popeyes right down the street when instead we chose KFC. Not only that, we waited in line at the drive through for a half an hour. There were only two cars ahead of us and no one behind us. We get to the window and we STILL had to wait. After so long we decided to give KFC another chance and yet they do what they do best, disappoint.
