Chicken tenders so good at KFC on N Story Rd, Irving, TX, & service was outstanding. They helped me figure the menu for 5 people & even helped with a few free side dishes we were grateful for as I had a very limited budget. They were the best in service & I'll be back.. However, when I visited the N Beltline location in Irving, the service came with a front desk young lady who couldn't speak English, she didn't understand a word I said - several times. She finally called a young man from the back who said he was the front cashier. So, why wasn't he there to take my order. When I asked him about a plate offered on their website, ($1.00 & change less expensive) he said they didn't have it! Then, why advertise it as such.??? He had an attitude & after trying to get an order on the menu, I gave up & told him I'd go elsewhere & left. He said something as I left, but I didn't hear it clearly. Will never go there again!

No line in the drive-thru. My chicken was very hot and juicy. I think KFC Coleslaw is the best I’ve ever had for the taste, of course, but also I really like how finely it is chopped. The mashed potatoes and gravy were just OK. I really don’t think it is “real” potatoes. The young lady at the window was not only very pretty, she as friendly. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Best of all, I didn’t personally have to cook anything or wash a dish and I’m full, which was the goal. Of course I’ll visit again!!!! 😀

The younger people working there are too busy trying to 'hurry' customers out the door, yet they always miss 50% of your order. One guy there by the name of Caesar, talks talks talks all the time and never listens. He and one of his buddies are usually at the drive thru window yapping and laughing. If supervisor Norma isn't there, then do not order from this location on Beltline and Rochelle.

The service for ordering and pick up was quick and the store was clean. Was especially impressed with how clean the women's restroom was, probably since they just cleaned it. Only concern was that the bottle of bathroom cleaner was exposed, sitting on the sink area. We had an issue with one of our party's food walking off because somone else took it so we had to wait an lengthy amount of time to get the food. My spicy chicken sandwich was delicious!

Went through the drive thru. Ordered the 3 piece meal. Got charged for the three piece meal. Only got 2 pieces of chicken. Food still tastes good. But no one even answered the phone call when i tried to call in the issue. Should have checked in the parking lot before i left. Not the first time the order came out wrong. Couldnt go immeadiately back because had to get back to work for a deadline. Service date 1-31-2022 time about 8:45 pm
