Went to pick up dinner, ordered 2 panda bowls with mushroom chicken, the zucchini in the dish was hard as a rock! Tried to call this location to speak to a manager and I was informed he was on break and to call back in an hour. So disappointed!

Very slow service. There's usually a line a 7-10 min wait in the drive-thru. I love the super greens as the healthy alternative. The issue is they don't cut the broccoli stems, I've gotten some that were 2 inches long and very thick. Those plastic forks can't stick a tree limb. Needs better prep. In an effort to do the absolute least in customer service, napkins appear to not be available unless requested.

I have been sitting in driver thru for 8 minutes. So I called the store and asked hat was the hold up and was told that they had to make a special order and it would be done in 2 minutes. It took 4 more minutes. This is unacceptable!!! Why can't you have the car move to the front entrance and take the order out to them!! I waited 14 minutes because of a special order. Move the car the next time. Would give a zero if I could.

This place been getting worst every week I came, soda machines always having issues like today, I had to drink a powerade or nothing, so un happy, they don't even have napkins in the dispenser anymore this is horrible

Service was HORRIBLE, no type of greeting. Rice was crunchy and chow mein was extra dry and hard. Asked about the sweet fire and told it had been out for 5 minutes but that wasn’t true. Grilled chicken wasn’t done. Would’ve given no stars.

I just had to wait like 8-10 mins on food and usually I’d be a little annoyed but the staff was so pleasant. Luke assured I didn’t feel like I was just waiting and the cashier was so nice. This is every reason even if I’m not near home I’ll wait to eat at this specific one if Panda Express is in mind.

HOWEVER: if Luke isn’t there I’m very convinced the staff is naturally trash this is my second time coming to “no orange chicken” and literally almost all empty pans.
The staff acted as if they didn’t even want to approach me at first and the drive through isn’t packed either so I’m confused I left and will go elsewhere

You go here for the food, not the service. Drive through is slow. Inside, you will be ignored for a time before someone waits on you. You will usually need to wipe off your own table, left dirty from previous customers. And they like to close during their posted open hours surprisingly often. But the food is usually good.

I bought a bigger plate today. Food is tasteless. No salt in Kungpao chicken. Food is so less than other branches. They given kungpao chicken in a box which leaked all the bag. I told a guy in the restaurant that the amount of food is less. But he replied so rude. He has no respect for customers.
