Crowded and the entrance is off to the side and not super obvious. I found it weird that this was the only location I have ever been at where my drinks were not made back to back. They made one and the 2nd one was made ~7 minutes later though they were ordered together and were the same drink. Thought someone took my drink at first. Not the best customer service when busy so don't be surprised if you don't get a acknowledged by the baristas.

Excellent starbucks to study for school or to bring your laptop and work. Friendly staff and has the latest hours for a starbucks in orange county only to match the hours of the downtown Disney starbucks which us nice because most starbucks close between 6-9pm. We highly recommend it for a late night 🌙 study or work session by yourself or with friends 😀

I love it here everyone’s so nice. I especially always love seeing James when I come in he’s so friendly at the register and always adds an energy to the place when he’s working.
They haven’t ever screwed up with my order and I’ve been coming here for over a year. No complaints. They also aren’t slow given that this is a Starbucks right next to a college campus!
