Honestly this is one of my favorite locations, staff are very kind, last time I made a mistake on my order and they happily changed it, the other one inside Albertsons in Cypress village just hired a girl who was so rude. Other staffs are great so as this place. My orders are always great.

I got the new passion fruit drink today with lemonade and one of the girls there made me the other version for free and the timing couldn’t have better because it made my day. I needed that! Even if it’s just a drink lol it was a positive experience for me. Thank you! Now I’m a obsessed with passion fruit with coconut!

Starbucks is consistent in terms of food and drink quality. Drinks are decent and the food is mostly pre-prepared with lots of preservatives. However, this Starbucks is great in terms of service. I come here occasionally on weekday mornings and the entire staff is always very friendly and quick with orders despite being busy. Today they were experiencing a glitch with mobile orders and none of the mobile orders were registering in their system even though customers were being charged online. I happened to do a mobile order today and when I showed up one employee quickly explained the situation, looked at my reciept, recited my order to her coworkers and my order was out perfectly in less than two minutes (with multiple items +customizations) despite the place being somewhat busy and the staff already scrambling to handle other messed up mobile orders quickly. The weekday morning staff does a great job. Thanks for the great service and helping me keep things timely as I'm heading to work in the mornings.

This is a great Starbucks location with an even more amazing staff. James M. was an amazing barista with positive and fun energy! I will definitely be coming to this location because of my experience with James and the fun atmosphere he gave off! Keep up the amazing work buddy!

Love star bucks. They have a wide variety of drinks that are amazing. They are very expensive though.

They've had a lot of construction going on at various businesses at this location so the parking and driving safety might be an issue for new drivers. Using the Starbucks app is almost a must because this location is super busy at various times of the day.
