I recently visited this place and as a local resident it’s amazing to have on my doorstep! Since going under new management recently, it has been such a pleasant experience when buying an ice cream from this place. The staff are all so friendly and really make me feel welcome when buying an ice cream. Couldn’t ask for a better ice cream shop within the place I live.

Delicious locally made ice creams (by Bennetts in Worcester) which we enjoyed on the benches right outside the shop, directly opposite the Iron Bridge itself. Very friendly and welcoming service by ( I assume) the owner, although a young couple in the queue before us decided not to pay the poor chap after he had rolled their ice creams ( £8 worth), in direct contravention of the 1978 Theft Act of 1978 section 3 - making off without payment. Understandably they had a rather different experience...
