Good, consistent quality food at a reasonable price. Had a minor hiccup using the app that required the manager but the staff were helpful and friendly.

I have to say this was the best experience we’ve had here! Previous visits have sometimes been disappointing but Jadna looked after us really well, great service! Bbq chicken Pizza was so good, a new addition to the menu, dough balls delicious, halloumi bites a little underwhelming as I think they could have been cooked a little more, still good! Over all I’d have given 4.5 stars! 5⭐️ for service!

My mum left a bag with her favourite waterproofs in in the restaurant. She was just visiting Ipswich and didnt realise until she got home. She called them and explained, the lovely staff and especially the manager, Kostas made sure they were posted back to her. Really appreciated, thank you for your kindness!

Absolutely delightful staff, they went above and beyond to make our Foster child feel special on their birthday with a cake, delicious dessert and general pleasantness. Catered for my gluten and dairy intolerance very well and gave superb advice with what to have and avoid. It's been a few years since I've been to a pizza express and they impressed me. Thank you 😊

Was found a table even though they were extremely busy and booked up. Had a lovely meal the waitress was very helpful booking us a taxi as we hadn't got any local numbers. Would definitely go again. Thank You to all the staff

Great food - consistency good!
Service was good, though there was a small error in our order this time round.
We asked to move tables when we were first sat down as there are some tables in that restaurant that are really poorly lit

Lovely food and great atmosphere, just the booking service absolutely sucks, you can't just see all available slots you have to go through and try book each time slot one at a time to then be told it's not available anyway, calling is just the same service only slower, if their are no available slots it should just tell you and you shouldn't even be able to try and book a slot that has no available tables, quite a time wasting system.

I've used pizza express for all my life as it has always been a reliable restaurant. The location of this one is great, being next to the marina adds a little something to it. Good pizza, nice dessert and a couple of beers, what's not to like?

Despite being incredibly busy, he managed to handle everything with efficiency and a smile. His polite demeanor and hardworking attitude were truly impressive. It was clear that he was in complete control of the situation, ensuring every guest received a top-notch service. “Matt’s” dedication to his craft made our dining experience truly memorable.
