I know places are under staffed and understand longer wait times, but I would expect that they get the order right still and give us good food. In the same pack of fry’s half are burnt and half are uncooked. Baconator fry’s had a pinch of shredded cheese on top of the same burnt and uncooked fry’s. Both sandwiches wrong. The only part of our order that was correct and edible was the kids meals.

They’re under a remodel so drive through only. Yet I order a regular jr cheeseburger and I get a burnt patty 2 slices of cold cheese and a ton of ketchup🤢. My whole order was a kids meal and a 4 for 4. Also my sprite was out of carbonation. Easy enough order you’d think. Well I guess not. The lady was rude and blatantly didn’t want to be there and y’all expect 17 and hr. GTFOH

Terrible. I ordered online and still had to wait 15 minutes when got there. Then when I got home they forgot a burger I had ordered. The wife's hamburger wasn't made right either. I will ever go to that Wendy's again. I know its hard to look at a screen and make everything on it. Then as your bagging it its pretty hard to look at the screen or the receipt and make sure it's all there. Ridiculous!!!

Store and all employees were sloppy. Walking around like zombies not knowing what to do asking for cigarettes. Without exaggeration took 40 minutes to get my DoorDash order from time I told them the name to the time I had the order on my hand leaving the counter. Whoever owns this place needs to lean house starting with the manager. Only reason it has 1syat is so I could write this.

I understand STILL why THIS location doesn't do as much business as others...went through drive thru...no cars in front of me...lady said she would be with me in a moment...took her 23 min to ask my order (after she had come outside to smoke leaving her post)...then it was "oh we don't have that!"...fortunately another location was more than attentive, but were quick and food was great

My first and last time coming here. Ordered a baked potato, which there was a hair in. Both of my kids got nuggets, as well as my partner, and all of them got sick only an hour or so later.
