Backyard Burger

I used to love this place when it was in my city years ago. I used to go for lunch at least once a week since it was close to my job. This was my second time at this location. The first time was cool because I went through the drive thru. This time I ate in which was a huge mistake. The cashier was very rude. Got my order wrong and the whole situation was a hot mess. The food wasn’t that good either. The tables were dirty. The only thing that was good was the lemonade. Not worth making the 40 minute drive again. Don’t recommend.

Does this look like it’s worth $4.29?? When I asked the person at the drive-through window they said that that was the correct level. Then I called back and talk to a manager and tried asking the same question because I’ve never purchased a shake from there before so I wanted to know if going forward if I’ll be paying $4.29 this same amount. Needless to say, I got the run around and then was told “your breaking up I can’t understand a word I was saying…” Yeah RIGHT! I won’t return to that location again!

Tried Back Yard Burgers for the first time during my lunch break. Used the drive-through, which was your average drive-through. My drive from the restaurant to my work is only 6 minutes, so when I bit into my room temperature black n bleu burger, I was a little put off. It was pretty busy, and my burger had obviously been sitting around for a bit before the toppings were added and it was packaged up for my order. I also do not believe the calorie count shown on the menu for the burger. Supposedly 1300 calories, but I was still VERY hungry after finishing. I should have been full. The burger was smaller than I had anticipated and may not be worth the money, especially since it also wasn’t fresh. I will be trying it again because I believe in second chances, but I won’t be recommending the restaurant to anyone.

Better service at McDonalds. I used to come here all of the time. The guys voice on the intercoms is never there and employees are rude. They forgot my fries so I went to the door to go in, they locked it. 8:59. So I went back around to the window and asked the kid if I could come get them, he said to pull around. I said, “can I just come to the door so I don’t have to wait again?” (There were three cars in front of mine) he said, “let me ask the manager” he comes back and says, “that’s a no go from my manager” I said, “okay, so since you guys forgot my food I have to wait in line after I’ve already paid?” And he said “yeah” so I said I’d like to speak with the manager once I got up there… I saw another car giving their food back and I said “forget it” and pulled out. 👎👎👎
