Really disappointed in the experience we just had here. There was a car in front of us at the drive thru when we pulled up. We waited behind them for 10 MINUTES while nothing happened. The girls working just talked and laughed with them. The car pulled away and didn't order anything. So we waited for 10 minutes without being helped so the girls working could talk with their friends. Really poor customer service.

I really don't know why each location is different when you order drinks. I consistently have terrible drinks at this particular location. The best location is the one on Anderson where they seem to care more and get the order just right. I only go to this one when it's closer for me but I guess I'll continue to go out of my way to the better location.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever had. Car in front of us was an employee and they took ten minutes to order and chatted at the window for another ten minutes while the other employees talked and feed their dogs a dozen dog treats. We would have left if we weren't stuck in line. When we complained they said oh she works here and her drink has like ten ingredients.
