Subway

The 2 girls just kept making subs for an online order after they helped the woman in front of me. They just let me stand there not saying anything like i wasnt there!! Lol The guy came over from the register and asked me what i wanted which is why i gave 2 stars instead of 1. I know good help is hard to find but this store should really look for better employees!

The line was long when we walked in, however it went very quick. The staff was very kind and went above and beyond to make my family happy. My son did not want to eat a sandwich and wanted Pizza which they no longer sell, but they still put a little pizza together for him. Overall, it was a great experience.

If I could give zero stars I WOULD! I don’t like being a person who says awful things but I have had nothing but bad experiences at the subway in Hurricane. Me and my boyfriend love subway so we decided to get some tonight. We went to the drive through and waited at the window to order and waited for 5 minutes for someone to even acknowledge us. As soon as the girl came up to the window she was very rude and snappy and just stared at us and said “hmm do you need to order” then had us write our orders down on the back of a receipt. She was really rude and sassy. As soon as we got home we found BALLS OF HAIR all over and in our sandwiches. She wasn’t wearing a hair net or anything. I called and she just gave the managers number. Will see if the refund me. Everytime I’ve gone in they don’t have hair nets the drop knifes and still use them. They itch there heads with the gloves they are making your sandwich with. They pull out there phones and make your sandwich with the same gloves and sometimes don’t even wear gloves. Honestly this place is GROSS I will never trust that place to make anything I’m gonna eat. Like come on common sense.
