Subway

Gentleman who helped me out seemed to be the owner. The location had been for over 2 hours but the toaster wasn’t on so he microwaved my sandwich, then barely put any toppings on (and they were not fresh either) and then didn’t know his own products. I would ask for something, and he would say they didn’t have it when I saw it in front of him. Also didn’t allow me to get my rewards points because he didn’t know how to work his own system. No apology on his end, very short and disinterested in me as well. Will never be giving this location my business again. Oh, and he was not wearing a mask..

Foreign owned and operated. Speaks just little English. I believe he understands more than he lets on... They are stingie with the toppings and the meat servings are not like other subways. It is very unfriendly and unwelcoming. Employees are probably sick of owner and hate their jobs because of his cold disposition.

So I came to subway today in Huntingdon and my total was $5.39. I handed them $6.41 and they gave me no change back and just told me to “have a nice day”. Yes I know It’s just a dollar and 2 pennies but I’d like to have my change back considering that’s all I had in my pocket at the time. I’ve worked at subway before and it clearly tells you how much change to give back. So I guess the moral of the story is HIRE SOMEONE WHO CAN ACTUALLY COUNT MONEY. -Sincerely an upset customer

Ordered a chopped veggie delite salad online. Called the store afterward to ask if I could add shredded cheese to order due to it not being an option under toppings. The girl who answered said no problem. When arrived at store there were no other customers, so walked in and picked up my order and went home. Well, no cheese and no chopping of the salad, I had a layered salad that I had to chop myself and add cheese. SMH. Lesson learned.
