Wingstop

I wanted to share how great of a location this is. I never write reviews but I have been impressed these last few weeks. My teenage son started a Wing Stop kick and we order take-out atleast twice week. The staff and managers are always extremely polite and helpful. This last time I ordered for delivery and one item was missing - I called and the staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND TO FIX THE SITUATION. I truly appreciate management here and them always making customer service their focus. Each time I go, I tell my son how polite they are there and them going this extra mile to fix our order just prooves their dedication. We will continue to come 1-2 times a week. We appreciate a place in Humble with this kind of spectacular service. Thank you!

I always go to this wingstop! However, this evening was the first time I’ve ever experience an employee taking the time to speak to all waiting customers and asking if they were helped and ok while we wait. Before leaving I asked to speak with the manager and come to find out the employee that was speaking to all customers was the manger. She introduced herself, and told me her name was Sheba. I told her I always come to this wingstop and seen so many employees come and go BUT never seen an employee, better yet a manger greet and speak to the customers as she did! She was awesome and I hope to see her during all my visits at wingstop! She is truly the definition of a great manager!!

I had a baby and a big order, so my hands were full. I didn't even have to ask and one of the young men saw that I was going to need some help and he walked over and said I got this for you and grabbed my bag and followed me to my car. It was such a small gesture but it really made me happy to know there are gentlemen out there. The food was also all fresh and the order was precessed correctly. Overall great experience here.
