The manager who manages this location and the Crosby location is a wonderful human. When the 3rd party delivery service driver failed to deliver my takeout order to my address and delivered it to another home instead.. the manager took it upon himself to personal deliver my food to my home on his own time and kept great communication with me during the process. I recommend this location 100%. Outstanding customer service.

Im a regular here. I just love Shipley's Donuts. They're locations are definitely very consistent to the taste of the brand, so no matter which location you go, you'll find the taste you'll come to know. And this location is DEFINITELY on the point. I've never been here and didn't enjoy what I ordered knowing the brands flavor and taste.

Regular visits during the week. Sweet little ladies always greet me with a smile. I have rarely seen them on bad days, which I know everyone has! Kolaches, my chocolate iced donut, with large chocolate milk, are what I call my splurge breakfast.

The service is quick the Donuts were delicious and they were open later hours than other bakeries around town overall a great place to stop and get a bite to eat

This Shipley’s jalapeño kolaches are ridiculously good. They’re made hot and fresh daily. I haven’t been here once and been disappointed by their kolaches. They’re so cheesy and the bread is so fresh. The staff works very hard to make the food here. If you can tip them something even if it’s a couple dollars, you should. You’ll be here quite frequently once you try it. So yummy. 😋

Its a Houston Shipleys donuts... Who reviews a donut shop? Donuts are donuts right? My wife and kids love this(these) places. This isnt my favorite, but its pretty good. Get there early for the best/hottest. I do not think it deserves the low stars it has gotten previously...
