Spoke to a staff member as I wasn't sure with measurements, she was great worked measurements and cost out, nice thing is I didn't have to go looking for her but she wasn't hovering and pushy, wish I'd read her name badge so she could have been told how helpful she was

Amazing house hold they have a little expensive but worth it somehow, very huge store and have a cafe inside as well.

Everything you would expect from a Dunelm store, decent range, excellent value and very friendly staff. Think were putting new stock out for weekend [i visited Friday lunchtime] as store, particularly around the till area was a bit of a mess.

We go to the cafe there, staff are lovely. Sonya especially very friendly. When we walk in on the ground floor staff are very nice too, makes you want to go back.

Today I went in for a couple of items...Two storage units one of which was a display item. I asked a gentleman for help ....two be fair he was busy but didn't seem to want to help. I found a very helpful lady called Georgina who after helping us even reduced item and helped us out to car....The lady that served us at till was great too. 👍

Fine , but unfortunately they didn't have the size of throw I required ! But I was given the opportunity to purchase a slightly smaller on but with 22% offered as it didn't have any packaging with ' but the packaging consisted of a small piece of cardboard wrapped round the centre ' so no problem in that department, but the offer had been given to me! So that was my perogative, very helpful staff .
