Dunkin'

Do NOT order through the app! It will let you order things they do not have available, and the management is too incompetent to understand how to re-open an order and/or refund you. I wasn't offered an alternative to the missing item, or a refund either. Instead, I was met with silence and a blank stare, as if I was supposed to just drive off without my money? I was forced to write a complaint to customer service in their app and jump through hoops with their chatbot. Now I have to wait for a call back on a weekday, just to get a refund for something that was supposed to be handled at the store.

Worst rating I've given a place and for good reason. I got 2 eclairs, 1 apple fritter, and 2 Boston cream. When I paid for my order, I held my hand out to get my change and the employee held the change above my hand and let go. It went all over. I gathered my change and left. After we got down the road a ways I opened the bag and my donuts were upside down in the bag and stuck to it and I was missing one. We live too far away to go back so I let it go. I usually give good reviews if they are deserved, this is far from it .We will never go back. I hope Dunkin doesn't run all their business's this way!

The management needs to teach employees proper cleanliness procedures and how to make the drinks. The person who fixed my drink was holding my cup with her fingers inside the cup. Not sanitary. I received my large mocha cappuccino about 1/2 full with no whipped cream on top. No hello, no thank you. Won't be back.

It's average at best. Will I stop coming? No, probably not. But I order the same drink every time. It should at least be consistent. And don't come here, especially at night. All the people working goof around and not take their jobs seriously. I have seen on multiple occasions people making tiktoks, that resulted in my order being messed up.

I gave enough chances, but I won’t be coming back. They really like burning food, then telling you it’s not burnt when you ask for a less charred version. I’m okay with waiting if it’s crowded, but it becomes not okay when I waited 15 minutes for a coffee and it tastes horrendous. I won’t be wasting my time or money here anymore.
