I came here a couple of months ago to order a large one topping pepperoni pizza with the dominos app
The pizza came out nice, crispy and hot 🍕 (forgot the pic) this is what I call them being professional

5/31/2023- They have improved their service and quality of food. We look forward to always getting a great pizza now.
2022- This location has gone downhill. Used to be great but now service is lacking.

I ordered a pizza on line for the first time and went to Dominos on Chimney Rock only to find out I hadn't completed my order. The manager, Holly helped me with my order on line. She was very kind and helpful. The pizza was delicious and I will return to Dominos. Thank you Holly 😊

I placed order in orretly and it didn't go thru. They fixed me up with a new order, placed, paid, and out the door in 15 minutes. The quality was excellent..

Ordered my pizza for curbside pickup. Arrived right when the pizza was ready on the app. Unfortunately, the pizza appears to have been overcooked. However, they were very polite and made me a new one and gave me a free soda as well. I appreciate them trying to make things right! Thank you for great customer service tonight!

This Chimney Rock location has consistently excellent quality pizza that is ready when the tracker says it will be. Three orders in a row with zero problems. Unlike the Fondren location that has terrible quality pizza and the Bellaire location has terrible service with pizzas never being ready on time and a pizza tracker you can't trust. It's unfortunate that we have to drive out of our way for good pizza and service at a chain whose concept is consistency. If you're nearby, definitely choose this location!

Customer service and quality of pizza is OUTSTANDING! We always receive the order quickly, and it is always correct. The food is fresh and hot, and we never have to call and correct an order or worry about why a delivery driver is late. The best pizza experiences I have had are at this Domino's.
