Papa Johns Pizza

First time ordering delivery. Delivery driver was very friendly and found my apartment in a very large acomplex with ease. He followed social distancing by knocking, placed the pie on a chair I had near my door and stepped away until I answered and made sure I got it and also verified my name. ETA was not bad at all especially with rainy and cold weather there is outside the pie was on point and delicious definitely wil order from this location again thanks PaPa Team your service is appreciated

We ordered online and we got the Monday deal because it was a good offer. We were about 5 minutes away and when we got there, we paid and then we just waited for a while until the food was ready. They gave us our food pretty fast and It was good. It's a nice and simple place for delivery and carryout pizza.

I'm a big fan on Pizza Hut, so I hardly ever order from Papa John's. I only placed this order because my kiddos insisted. To make a long story short, Papa John's won me over. Whoever the evening cook was on January 25th, did their thing. I ordered Chicken & Spinach pie, along w/The Ultimate Pepperoni pie, an order of Hot Wings & a 2-Liter. The food was DELICIOUS! My hubby said, when he went to pickup our order there was a young lady in the back cooking. Unfortunately, her name wasn't on our order. But she did an awesome job. We received our order way before 20 minutes, it was fresh, hot and yummy. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Because of January 25th, 2020, I'm going to continue ordering from this location.

I've got to hand it to these workers.. our company ordered pizzas on a popular day and they were overwhelmed with phone calls and a line of people waiting for their food. Every worker and there was working as hard as they could go they were handling it, all while maintaining the utmost professionalism. Give everybody that worked there today a raise they deserve it!!

I get all of my pizzas from this location! I’ve never been disappointed in my orders. They have always been exactly what I ordered and their delivery drivers are always very friendly. If I happen to be out and decide to stop and pick one up they always bring it out to my car when it’s done. Great Pizza place! Unfortunately I have to state that due to a very bad experience with the general manager at this location I will no longer ever do business with Papa John’s again! The corporate office is just as bad as the local retailer as well. I called the corporate office to voice my dissatisfaction. The corporate office has a standing policy that a returned phone call will be made within 24-48 hours. After calling and having it escalated FOUR times due to NOBODY ever contacting me I finally gave up on reaching a resolve. I was informed by a employee that the general manager is really good friends with the district manager and that’s probably why nothing was ever done. Anyway, I’m done with this pizza place. They obviously have deep rooted issues that trickle down from the corporate office as we’ve seen on the news in months passed. VERY disappointed!
