Best of its kind in Honolulu! We had vegetarian spring rolls and Udon noodles. Very small family style place with friendly staff.
2017 update: was just thinking of this place and found out it closed :(

Out of all of the places I ate while on Oahu, this was the best. I've had banh mi in many places throughout the USA as well as in Hue and Saigon Vietnam... so when I say that the Nickie Special banh mi here was the best I've ever had, it is saying a lot. I wish this place and the bubble tea shop 2 doors down would move into my hometown. NOTE: it is very small and easy to walk by without even seeing it, also it usually doesn't open until 4-5pm.
