Dunkin'

FEB 16TH 12:30 -12:40 PM . I was the only customer inside and I ordered TWO items, BOTH items BIG FAIL. Frozen drink I asked for extra caramel on bottom, sides and top it was only put on the top.. So I asked the cashier if I could have some caramel so I can do it myself, she gave me some no problem. Now five minutes go by and I'm still standing there so I'm asked is that your order on the screen??obviously I'm the Only one here !! So now she makes the sausage egg and cheese on croissant ya the girl who failed making the drink starts the sandwich 🤦‍♀️ finally get my sandwich.. when I open it I notice the croissant is CHARCOAL, BURNT TO A CRISP!! in the trash it went. If I didn't have to go pick up my son from school I would of went back in and told her TO EAT IT.. She knew the thing was burnt and didn't care gave it to me anyway, She definitely did it on purpose because I said she made my drink wrong.. cashier was very pleasant and should probably be doing both jobs !! Get rid of little girl with no personality she can't cook , can't make drinks and has no people skills. If you keep her you should retrain her!!

Simple order. Donut w/sprinkles and bagel w/ garden cream cheese. Gave me bag at window. Thought we were done. Drove off a bit. Realized bagel not in bag. Went into store to retrieve. Rec'd bagel w/no apology. I left, figuring it should be fine. At home realized they gave me bagel w/regular cream cheese. Obviously remembering garden cream cheese and plugging it into register was too tough. I don't do regular cream cheese. The trash does however. Name... on receipt - 239759. Been a regular customer at this Dunkin for two years, I eat breakfast here 4 days a week, because if I don't then I won't be eating until I get home. This place got a new manager a month ago, axes the entire staff, and the location has gone to absolute hell since then. Wait time for food went from 3mins to 10+. Food comes out cold or burnt there's seldom an inbetween, lines build up, before being seen. Can we get the old manager and staff back
