Dunkin'

! Frozen hot chocolate is what I order everytime, it never changes! 5 days a week yet 2-3 days EVERY WEEK they manage to give me a frozen coffee! If I wanted a coffee I would order one! 4 days I am already at work when it’s given to me it’s wasted! I had an employee argue with me about what I ordered, I had the app to prove him wrong! I’ve tried to call and as per 99% of the time there is no answer. On the off chance they do answer I get “ well bring it back and we will fix it, HELLO I can’t leave my job because you can’t do yours!!! The owner and managers should be ashamed at the employees performances!

Easily the worst Dunkin in the state and unfortunately the closest one to my house. We go every few months to “give it another chance” and each time is the same. On multiple occasions we have waited in the drive thru for 5-10 minutes with a line of cars behind us and no one answering at the speaker. Service inside the building is worse, if they even have the doors unlocked. Employees just ignore you. Drink quality is super inconsistent as well.

I went today at 11:40 the person who take the order is so nasty and look like she doesn’t want to work there I always go to Chicoppe cuz the service is always amazing today unfortunately I couldn’t get my stuff in Chicopee but the treatment and the service is extremely disrespectful instead to say that be all say anything else that u like to add today look like the restaurant want to make money also not napkins also I think the manager is the one who doesn’t do the right way for they employees learn the right way I hope they make changes for unfortunately the company clean the staff and bring people who want to give service maybe Chicoppe memorial can train on service this place Thank you but I have to say what I feel plus I am a fans of my dunking donuts

There coffee, latte, & cold tea are good. It seam like they can't get there food correct. Their hush brows are always soggy no matter how many times you tell him extra crispy or doubled bake. I order the egg whites with potatoes and a had more potatoes then eggs in it also tasted funny and the potatoes were not fully cook.

Probably the worst Dunkin’ around I gave up going here last year and I should have know better then to go there today cause they still can’t get an order right I ordered a everything bagel with cream cheese and I got a plane bagel with no cream cheese and it was burnt and I also didn’t get the Hash browns that I ordered it’s not very hard to read an order slip

Literally ignored us waiting inside to order. After waiting several minutes, tried to get someone’s attention and was ignored multiple times. They even looked at us and looked away. A manager who appeared to be training someone did this as well. They were solely focused on the drive-thru and apparently couldn’t even acknowledge our presence. Terrible service.

Worst Dunkin I've been too. Took five minutes to even answer the drive thru com. Once i got to the window i noted they were chit chatting amongst themselves instead of answering drive thru and the mobile order machine was overflowing. People were getting out of the drive thru because the wait was so long
